Character(s)/Line Wanted: Younger bio sibling in the Nott family Details: Val wasn't raised by Theodore & Nerys due to them being idiot teens at the time of his birth, but they had another baby once they'd grown up a little. Val doesn't know his sibling particularly well since they weren't raised together and didn't overlap at Hogwarts, but he has allll sorts of parental-related baggage. The Notts are very wealthy and very out-of-touch, and basically all of the elder generation has been imprisoned in Azkaban, so even in their older years they were wild children and probably not especially good parents.
